“Chuck was extremely helpful from start to finish on the project. He took time to listen to our ideas on a deck we had planned for a long time. He expanded on our ideas and refined them into a deck that is everything we had hoped for and more. Because I had specific ideas about how I wanted the deck constructed, I as highly involved with the project and Chuck and his crew were both understanding and receptive to my concerns. There were some unique aspects to the deck that required some original thought in the design and they were more than up to the task. They did great work and cleaned up after themselves. Any concerns I had were quickly addressed to my satisfaction. They also rebuilt my front porch to match the deck and did a great job on that. They even added a small step to another door where the previous concrete step had become useless due to settling. Their price was very good compared to other quotes I got and my wife and I couldn't be happier with the result. I would definitely recommend giving the a chance to earn your business and would use them in the future if we have a similar project.”

“They tore the old deck out in less than half a day, then dug and filled new footers for the new deck. They used pressure treated wood for the structure and deck surface and cedar for the railings and a privacy fence. They also put up a cedar fence across the back of our property. These guys do really good work! I am glad we chose them over the other two that bid the job. Chuck was the only one who recommended all new construction instead of resurfacing what was already there. They even fixed a latch on one of our fence gates without prompting. The fit and finish of the trim work is evidence of the quality of their work. I would choose Timber Decks again without question.”

“Chuck of Timber Decks contacted me same day and came by first thing the next morning and actually completed the job. I had actually already installed the interior double french doors but my 'homeowner" install was not right. I am not a carpenter by trade but I am always willing to try a project. These doors were tricky. Chuck came by and had the door right with 15-20 minutes. He also made a few other adjustments to get the door as near perfect as possible. He even went to the store bought door casing that matched my existing trim and installed the rest of the door hardware as well as the finish trim. I appreciated his level of expertise and experience and especially his unbelievably quick response to get my job completed.”

“Owner Chuck Turrisi was very responsive and came out right away to give me an estimate. I have a commitment date to install the perogala in the spring.I also had Chuck give me an estimate to build two oak doggie gates as well as crown molding in the kitchen and a front door crown. The craftmanship was A+ and the price was very fair. The work was done within a couple of weeks of the estimate and Chuck sent pictures to me with progress while he was building the gates. He was able to perfectly match up the stain on the crown molding with the stain on the cabinets.”

“This company is a first rate company. I am so happy that we found them on Angie's List and took a chance with them. They only had a few reviews and we were a little nervous about finally hiring them and giving them our first payment--although that is how we feel when we hire anyone! The owner's name is Chuck and he, along with his guys, were very professional, polite and responsive! They would show up when they said they would and call me if they were not coming! Wow! I loved that communication--very unexpected but so appreciated! I felt comfortable around them while they were at my house working--and I can't always say that about workers I have hired in the past. Chuck is an expert carpenter and you can tell he really enjoys and takes pride in his carpentry work. He also had a lot of good ideas that he shared with us along the way while building our screen room and pergola. Chuck really gave us a first class, custom job and worked with us throughout the project to give us exactly what we wanted! We love it--it turned out beyond our expectations! He was very nice and respectful to my husband when he had questions, asked him to do things pertaining to our screen room, or even when we wanted something changed! Chuck is a family man who spoke of and is proud of his family--his son even worked with him on our job, while home from college, and he was equally well mannered and respectful.
